Safe Bonding Layer
The coating of this layer is made from polyurethane high-polymer material,so that it can make a better combination of all the coats and guarantee good performances of later edge folding, cold bending and shaping.
Heat Insulation Coating
This heat insulation coating is a polyurethane high-polymer coating which has metal molecules (aluminum, silver and so on) spayed on it. The metal layers will reflect the remaining infrared rays in the sunshine so as to realize the effects of heat insulating, heat preservation and sound insulating.
Ultraviolet-proof Heat-insulation Layer
The heat-insulation coating is added with a second special coating which can completely block out the ultraviolet rays escaping from the first coating, so that the protection of double-layer heat insulation can be realized.
Nano Aging-resistant Film
Nano aging-resistant film is a kind of film that takes advantage of nano powder's property of having a strong ability of absorbing ultraviolet rays. After the paint is added with an aging agent, the agent can absorb most of ultraviolet rays and play the role of retarding inflaming and protecting the surface.
Ultraviolet-proof Reflection Layer
The nano aging-resistant film is added with a special coating which can block out 98% of UVA and UVB (namely ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B),so that the material will be protected against being affected by ultraviolet heat. In this way, the effect of heat insulation can be achieved.
Micro-crystal Abrasion-resistant Heat-insulation Layer
The Protective Layer produced with the Latest Micro-crystal Technology (Dacromet paint + protection of crystal particles)—Micro-crystal is a kind of crystal body whose crystal particles each only contain several thousand or tens of thousands of crystal cells.
